Bonita Canyon is a group of luxury of developments in Newport Beach, California. Bonita Canyon is bordered by MacArthur Boulevard, San Joaquin Road, the 405 Freeway and Newport Coast Drive. This community has 287 single family homes and was built between 1998 and 1999. This is a 24 hour guard gated community with three different developments: Lucera, Madison and Wyndover Bay. Homes in Bonita Canyon range in square footage from 2,500 square feet to 5,700 square feet. Homes have Spanish, Mediterranean, Italian, Coastal Monterey and French Country architectural styles. Bonita Canyon homes have amazing views of the surrounding canyons, mountains and city night lights. Lucera:  This is the first neighborhood within Bonita Canyon. The Lucera development was built by Standard Pacific Homes in 1998. There are 68 homes in this neighborhood. The architectural styles seen in Lucera include Classic Italian, Spanish Colonial, Coastal Monterey, and French Country. There are four different home plans to choose from with square footage ranging from 3,700 square feet to 3,950 square feet. Home plans have options for three to six bedrooms and 2.5 to 5.5 bathrooms. There are options for bonus rooms and lofts.  All homes have either a two car or a three car garage.

Madison: The Madison development was built by California Pacific Homes. Madison consists of 116 detached single family homes. The architectural styles seen in Madison include French, Spanish and Italian designs. There are both one and two level homes to choose from in Madison.  There are six floor plans to choose from with home plans with three to seven bedrooms and 2.5 to five bathrooms. Square footage of homes ranges from 2,300 square feet to 3,300 square feet. There are floor plans with options for a bonus room or loft. Homes have two or three car garages.

Wyndover Bay: The Wyndover Bay development was built by Taylor Woodrow. There are 103 single family homes in this neighborhood. Homes have a Renaissance architectural style. There are three floor plans to choose from with several variations of each. There are home plans for three to eight bedrooms and 3.5 to eight bathrooms.   All homes have a three car garage, with an option for a four car garage.
